What’s Pane Cunzato?
Pane Cunzato is a traditional dish of the Sicilian cuisine, which consists of a lightly toasted bread base seasoned with fresh and tasty ingredients.
Pane Cunzato can be tasted in every corner of Sicily, although the recipe may slightly vary depending on the area.
Our recipe comes from Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian Islands off the northern coast of Sicily.
